Our exciting outing to Stellenbosch proved successful in
that we learnt a great deal about organic farming. We visited two places first
the Sustainable Brothers and Sisters and then Farmer Angus’s Chicken Farm. We
focused on three main learning curves at the Sustainable Brothers and Sisters.
1) Sustainable agriculture,
2) The Western Cape Floral Kingdom
3) Renewable Energy
